Holiday Return Policy
We are offering an extended return window for holiday purchases. Online and in-store purchases made between November 29, 2019 and December 24, 2019 will be eligible for return until January 11, 2019. All discounted items are final sale. Return for refund or store credit will be offered for all qualifying purchase until January 11, 2019. In-store purchase can be returned for store credit only. Gift recipients of full priced merchandise may return for store credit, gift receipt or original purchase details will be required.

Online Return Policy
Full priced merchandise purchase online may be returned for refund or store credit. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days (including weekends) of the original ship date. Please note, items purchased online may not be returned to our brick & mortar store location.

Gift cards, jewelry, vintage, beauty products, apothecary, fragrances, candles, socks, hosiery, hair accessories and printed matter are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging: unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with all original contents (ex. dust bag). Please only try shoes on a carpeted area. When trying on apparel, please be mindful of makeup, skincare, or hair products. Items returned with stains or visible wear are not eligible for refund. 

*We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. 

In-store Return Policy
Full priced merchandise purchase in-store may be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Gift cards, vintage, beauty products, apothecary, fragrances, socks, hosiery, hair accessories, printed matter, special orders and phone orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange
Please email hello@shopfieldofview.com within 5 days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  

Please provide the following information for returns:
- Order number
- Your name
- Item you are returning/exchanging 
- The reason for your return

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days (including weekends) of the original ship date be eligible for return. Late returns will only be considered for store credit or refused. Returns without a RA# will be refused. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded when a return is a result of our error or if the merchandise is defective.  

Processing
Returns are processed Mon-Fri. Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus any complimentary shipping costs.  

Store Credit
Store credits do not expire and may be used in-store or online.

Price adjustments
We offer a one time price adjustment for items that are purchased within 3 days prior to the start of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is submitted. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price. Price adjustments will be issued in the form of an online store credit.
