Online Return Policy
Refunds will only be issued for full priced items. Items in the sale section or purchases made with a discount code of up to 20% may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Items purchased with a discount greater than 20% are final sale.
Gift cards, earrings, beauty products, apothecary, personal fragrances, candles, socks, hosiery, hair accessories, printed matter, one-of-a-kind items and vintage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days (including weekends) of the original ship date.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging: unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with all original contents (ex. dust bag). Please only try shoes on a carpeted area. When trying on apparel, please be mindful of makeup, skincare, or hair products. Items returned with stains or visible wear are not eligible for refund.
*We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Field of View does not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

- The reason for your return
We will email you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days (including weekends) of the original ship date to be eligible for return. Returns without a RA# will be refused. Late returns will only be considered for store credit or refused. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct $8 for prepaid shipping labels from your refund or store credit. If you opt out of using a prepaid shipping label, we recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded when a return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
Returns are processed Mon-Fri. Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs.
Store credits do not expire and may be used at any time.
