Return Policy
Field of View accepts returns for new and unused items that are purchased at full price. Full priced items purchased with a promotional code are are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unopened, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached. Garments must be free of odors, scents, makeup, hair and body care residues. Footwear must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with all original contents (ex. dust bag). All returned items are subject to our discretion.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.

Due to their delicate nature, all vintage and found items are final sale. If you have questions regarding a one-of-a-kind item, please contact us prior to purchasing as these items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit. Please refer to our FAQs page for detailed information on our vintage collection.

We do not accept returns on gift cards, earrings, apothecary, intimates, hosiery and international orders.

Field of View reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. 

International Orders
Please note that due to long transit times, international orders are final sale. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs. If you receive an item that is damaged, please 
contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Price Adjustments
Field of View does not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. 
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Cancellations
Orders canceled before they have shipped will incur a 3% restocking fee. 

Initiating a Return or Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please provide the following information for returns:
- Order number
- Your name
- Item you are returning/exchanging 
- The reason for your return

We will email you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA#The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Returns without a RA# will be refused. Late returns will only be considered for store credit or refused. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct $10 for a prepaid shipping label from your refund or store credit. If you opt out of using a prepaid shipping label, we recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the return item(s). We are not responsible for missing packages. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded when a return is a result of our error.

Return Processing
Returns are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Upon acceptance of the return package, it will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or store credit is issued. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping costs.  

Store Credit
Store credits do not expire and may be used at any time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All orders generally ship out within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on domestic US orders over $150. 

Select items may require additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be indicated at checkout.

For domestic orders under $150 we offer flat rate shipping:
USPS Ground: $12
UPS 2-Day: $25
UPS Overnight: $45

International Shipping ~
Canada - Flat rate $30
Worldwide - Flat rate $40

Once your order has shipped, Field of View cannot is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the carriers. We recommend customers to select the signature confirmation option during checkout for extra security on delivery.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit a claim must to be filed with the shipping service provider and not with Field of View.  If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Field of View is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit. 

Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your package has been processed. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear on the carrier's website after your order is processed. 

Delivery  
Refused or undeliverable packages will be subject to any return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10% per item.

Cancellations 
Orders canceled by the customer before they have shipped will incur a 3% restocking fee. 

Purchases that are flagged as high risk of fraudulent activity through the checkout service will not be processed if advised through our shop’s host.
